NDIIThane® is a self-developed high-performance elastomer (NDI) for R dynamic loads based on the raw material naphthylene diisocyanate. A high-strength bond to the metal in the manufacturing process in the hot casting process is important. In contrast to solid rubber tires, NDIIThane® wheels can be loaded up to 2.5 times higher and have the best mechanical properties for Abrasion, elasticity, tear resistance and pressure deformation residue. This results in long operating times and low maintenance costs.
